2. Products & Custom Orders

Custom Hats Maker specializes in fully customized hats including embroidery, printing, logos, and personalized designs. All custom products are made to order. Slight variations in color, stitching, or placement may occur due to the handmade production process. Custom orders cannot be exactly identical to digital previews.

3. Orders & Approval

Once an order is placed: You confirm all design details are correct. Production begins only after design approval and payment confirmation. Any changes requested after production begins may result in additional charges or delays.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Full or partial payment may be required before production. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before production starts. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled. Custom orders are non-refundable after approval and production initiation. Any cancellation fees or processing charges may apply.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on order size and customization complexity. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products: Custom items are generally non-refundable. Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products. Any issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Approved claims may result in replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

Customers must ensure they have rights to any logos, images, or designs submitted. Custom Hats Maker is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations submitted by customers. We reserve the right to use product images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested.

9. Limitation of Liability

Custom Hats Maker is not liable for: Indirect or incidental damages Shipping delays Misuse of products Third-party service failures All products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
